John Paul II International Airport Krakow-Balice (KRK) is the main international airport serving Krakow, in Poland. Concretely, the airport is located in Balice, 11 km away from Balice ciy centre and about 20 km from Krakow city centre. KRK Airport has one large passenger Terminal which includes the Old Terminal and the New Terminal buildings, where you can find the following Services and Facilities:

- Airport information: open desk in the check-in hall from 5:00h to 22:00 and in the arrivals hall level 0 from 8:00h until 00:00h

- ATMs: at Krakow Airport you’ll find 5 machines in the departures and arrivals hall, 1 in the departures hall after the security control and 1 in the arrivals hall in the luggage claim hall.

- Internet: internet access is for free during the first 15 minutes (KRK Free Wifi)

- Post Office: Passenger terminal, near check-in desks, level 0, Open Monday - Thursday 09:00h- 15:00h, Friday 14:00h - 20:00h, Saturdays, Sundays – closed. There are two more post boxes located at Krakow Airport passenger terminal: first is located at the "Departures" entrance - passenger terminal, level 0, and the second is located inside the passenger terminal, between the Check-in zone and the Airport Information Point at level 0.

- Observation deck: opened everyday 24 h with an entrance fee of 2,00 PLN (payment machine works only in coins)

- Chapel and Prayer: located in the passenger Terminal in the mezzanine, masses and church holidays every Sunday at 8:00h and at 10:00h.

- Currency exchange: one in the level 0 in the arrivals hall open from 7:45h until 00:00h, tel. +48 602 765/ another one also in the level 0 in the check-in hall open from 1:00h until 21:15h, tel. +48 692 179 342.

- Fast Track services

- Airport Business Lounge located in the level 0 of the Terminal with many services and facilities included such as: Wifi access, restaurant, cafeteria, newspapers, showers…

o Business Lounge Schengen: Monday to Sunday from 4:30h to 22:00h.
o Business Lounge Non Schengen: Monday and Friday from 9:00h to 22:00h, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 11:00h to 22:00, Saturdays closed. Prices will depend on your airline and on which card you will use.

- Conference room: there are three conference rooms in the VIP Terminal providing a comfortable space with A/V equipment, WiFi, catering… They are located just 100 metres from the Hilton Garden Inn Krakow Airport. The rates are:

o Conference room rental for 1 hour: 246 PLN
o Conference room rental for up to 4 hours: 430,50 PLN
o Conference room rental for 1 day: 738 PLN
o Coffee break per 1 person: 24,60 PLN including cookies, chocolates, coffee, tea, water and juice.
o Laptop rental: 246 PLN per day
o Cancelation charge 24 hours: 430,50 PLN

- Shuttle services: paid Shuttle Service between terminal and the aircraft is offered to passengers with the Senator or HON status within STAR ALLIANCE. The service has to be requested at least 24 hours before arrival or departure (domestic and international flights).

- Welcome desks: 700 PLN + VAT per day, 300 PLN VAT per 2 hours.
